Transcriptions
Whether you have an audio or video recording in Spanish or English, your file can be transcribed into a MS Word or PDF file for any court filing or case submission. All my transcriptions include the original language audio or video text, unless indicated otherwise by the client.
The translation of the original recorded text (source language) will then be incorporated into the document, therefore creating a two-column or ‘bilingual table’ (source text in the left column, target-language text in the right column).
Transcription-Translation documents are delivered to client ready for court or case submissions along with a Declaration of Translator/Interpreter to ensure proper filing and acceptance by the courts.
Turnarounds will vary depending on several factors such as the number of speakers, background clarity or noise, speech rate, articulation or coherence of speech, and length of the recorded audio or video.
